Lockheed Martin Declares Fourth Quarter 2014 Dividend

Announces 13 Percent Increase to $1.50 Per Share

bethesda, Md., Sept. 25, 2014 – The Lockheed Martin Corporation [NYSE: LMT] board of directors has authorized a fourth quarter 2014 dividend of $1.50 per share, representing a $0.17, or 13 percent, increase over last quarter. The dividend is payable on Dec. 26, 2014 to holders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 1, 2014.
